The second annual SLO Jazz Festival steps it up a notch or three with headliner Joshua Redman gracing the Main Stage in downtown’s Mission Plaza. This all day event features a high voltage, international lineup the Jazz world’s finest, including Grammy award winning saxophonist Paul McCandless, plus Cuban virtuoso pianist, Alfredo Rodriguez and his trio. You’ll bust a move to San Francisco’s own Lavey Smith,her Red Hot Skillet Lickers and their legendary high energy swing. The day features music on 3 stages, music clinics, great local beer and wine, and a wide variety of culinary choices.
